Bringing you  25+ years of practice and teaching means that I show up with an electic style of my own, unifying many different teachings -- spiritual wellness, mindfulness, breathwork, somatic movement, mindful meditation, energy medicine, essential oils. spontaneous holistic teachings, and whole-person support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need yoga experience?

No experience is necessary, but I will ask to spend some one on one time with you to make sure you have some basic knowledge to guide you.  This time would have no fee attached.

What if I cannot attend live?

No worries.  Many join the virtual studio who cannot attend live.  The classes are emailed to you on Tuesday for you to enjoy for the entire week.  

What style of yoga do you teach?

I have  experience in many different styles such as Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow,  Jivamukhti, Spontaneous Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, UZIT, Restorative, Yoga Therapy, etc.  I blend all that I have learned into my own electic style.

Are the classes gentle?

They are on the gentle side, but each class is very different.  Some days we are more gentle than others.  We move with the energy coming through spirit guiding us.

Do men attend your classes?

Men are welcome to attend, but the classes are more geared to women.
