Who is your mentor?

This week I have been reflecting on this question that has been asked of us as leaders at Young Living Convention 2018 - "Because of Gary, I...."

Wow! This is a big question with lots of experiences and memories being triggered for me. I always have called Gary Young my mentor and teacher. From when I first met him and felt his energy in 2005 by walking up to the front of thousands of people in the audience where he was standing and watching the stage, holding out my hands,…

page-img11

My two most favorite essential oils are Frankincense (Boswellia carteri) and Lavender (Lavendula agustafolia)!  I love them so much I have crowned them as the King and the Queen of all essential oils.  Why?  When  in doubt of what to use, Frank and Lav are generally regarded as safe in their versatility and gentleness.  Here are a few reasons in more educational terms.  Both Frankincense and Lavender are gentle yet multifunctional in uses for our whole well being.  Both are available as Vitality…

“Beauty resonates from the soul, its an energy, a Light.

It’s not from the outside, it’s from the inside.”

It's All About Energy - Essential Oils

Use of aromatherapy is all about energy. Who wants more energy with essential oils?!

Essential oils have their own unique frequency ranging from 52 to 320 megahertz. This is more energy than fresh produce and fresh herbs provide. The high level of energy in essential oils helps us stay healthy. By just applying a few drops of pure, organic, therapeutic grade essential oils to our bodies, we come into harmonic resonance, renewed energy, and healthy life. To stay above the wellness line we must…

Last night at my Circle meeting, we talked about what words come to us when we think of Spring Cleaning (Spring Cleaning not only our environment, but our body too). Words that went around the circle were FREEDOM, MINIMALIZING, REFRESH, FRESHNESS, PURITY. What word comes to you for Spring Cleaning? 🌀🌀🌀

I found an old school publication written by Gary Young that is called RE-JUVA-nate Your Health. I love this little booklet!

Here's the Vital Life Juice Recipeuice recipe from this booklet that …

What We Put in our Bodies Affects our Reality - by Pamela Hunter

Good-Food-Bad-Food

Yesterday i was at the eye doctor for my check up...there was a gal working hard to get a cup for some coffee. She was fumbling due to her fingers being inflamed with arthritis. I smiled at her to get her attention and nodded to see if she would welcome help. She smiled back and said, “please.” I helped her get the cup and put it in the machine for the coffee, then was about to hand it to her. She then said quickly, “cream and 2 sugars please.” I supported her putting in the cream and two sugars…

Time for Chamomile - with Pamela Hunter

chamomile-tea-fb-1080x630

The past few weeks I have found myself drinking more and more chamomile tea.  It is one of my favorite teas for sure.  Making another cup, I started thinking about the chamomile flowers and how I love the daisies!  It took me to the beautiful farm day in Mona, Utah when we played in the fields and sunshine.  So often we do not correlate the flowers to the tea to the essential oils we love.

Chamomile supports our skin, our nervous system, our immune system, and our rest time.  It is a beautiful …

1. Smart Travel

Do you tend to pack everything AND the kitchen sink? Take the staples and be ready for anything wherever you go!  A non-water diffuser such as Therepro or Aromalux makes for a serene environment when the family is close quarters in a hotel room or challenged with environmental changes. Think Thieves products for keeping clean.  Essential oil bottles are great for planes, trains and automobiles.  Pack them in your checked bags or your carry on in our ziplock bag.  Oils earning fl…

The Hat - with Pamela hunter

The-hat-980x735

A package arrived.  Inside the well taped, recycled box was another beautiful box.  The beautiful box delivered the Hat.  This is not just any hat.

It was in Ecuador in 2012 where the Hat and I first met.  I was on an award trip with Young Living Essential Oils for hitting Gold rank.  This was not my first trip to Ecuador but my 3rd time to travel there with Young Living.  In 2008, I took my first trip with Young Living Essential Oils to learn from Gary Young and others on a two-week incredible…

Grateful for Cousin Camp Inspiration - with Pamela Hunter

melody

My dad once again planted a seed in me…he said, “Wow, between you and Melody, your cousin, I see one of you on Facebook every time your mother shows me that thing.” He made me giggle as he somewhat makes fun of the world today with all of us entertaining each other over the internet. He did not realize the seed he planted and how it would be watered to grow into something so gorgeous! You see, I always listen to my dad even when I do not like to hear what he is saying. Do you do that, too? I mea…
